Everyday business or college, for most of us, is hustle and bustle and "getting the job done." Ordinary binders, brief cases with a scuff or two, a metal clipboard, and a comfortable pen usually do the trick. What about those times when you are collaborating with a new business client or a very tried and true client on a very special "project"? You want even the sharing of information to be exquisite. That's when this Pendaflex "project manager" comes into its own. It's a fancy little organizer that you keep on top of the file cabinet for just such special meetings. You toss in your CD of stored financial statements or a marketing promo, you insert a laminated brochure, you have a few sheets of card quality paper for note taking in the clipboard, and you smile as you see that you are making a professional appearance when it matters most.
If your everyday storage and binding system is working then don't plan on this system to readily replace it. But for a whole lot less than a "leather" organizer for those special meetings, this project manager will do the trick, and it might actually help to make you a lot of money!

There comes a time in every writer's life when you are no longer an amateur and not yet a professional. When you have made solid sales and yet still have not been invited to jump on Oprah's couch. When you need to make an investment in organizing yourself yet do not want to spend a fortune, mostly because you haven't got one. This little organizer makes a great place to start.
Let's see, we've got a dual-sided clipboard, innovative file holders, pockets for business cards and photographs, slots for CDs and slots for flash drives. The only reason I've rated this four stars instead of five is the lack of pen space. I have approximately ten thousand pens stashed all over my house, work bag (which is large enough to be a piece of luggage), car and in my hair. I clearly need them stashed in my organizer. In fact, this should really come with a nice gel pen.
Other than that, a good starting place for organizing your work life. You may need more, but it's the rare writer or woman of trade who will need less.

The Pendaflex I.Organize Project Management System Storage Binder is a good way to start off collecting your basic documents inside a nice all-in-one-folder. I enjoyed the convenient way you can add extra pages to store more documents and multimedia files. I would recommend this for those who work in an office or if you're on the go. The clipboard that comes with it is a nice addition. It's neither heavy, nor cumbersome and it's light weight and sturdy. The only problem I have with it is the pages may not hold too many documents (additional pages are a must). The pages are easy to load and they really hang in their. A quality product from Pendaflex.
